 How to give

Financial support for the work of St Andrew's Clinics for Children in sub-Saharan Africa depends on the generous gifts of members of the public, businesses, schools, churches and charitable trusts. About 95% of the money is spent in Africa on medicines, essential medical supplies, equipment, transportation and staff wages. STACC needs to raise about £120,000 a year to maintain its current activities. There are many opportunities for expansion.

If you are a UK tax payer, your donation will be worth much more if you sign and return a Gift Aid declaration form, copies of which can be printed directly from this website (click here) or can be obtained from the STACC address below.
With Gift Aid, every £1 donated is worth £1.25 to the Clinics.
Just Giving You may donate securely online through the STACC Just Giving account http://www.justgiving.com/stacc/donate.
Regular Giving Regular donations can be made through the website or through your bank by Bankers Order, for which forms can be printed directly from this website (click here) or can be obtained from the STACC address below.
Cheques Cheques (made payable to St Andrew's Clinics for Children) should be sent to St Andrew's Clinics for Children, PO Box 461, Glasgow G12 8QT, Scotland, UK.
Legacies Please consider remembering STACC in your will. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference. if you have already made a will there is no need to redo it. You can add a donation to STACC by a simple codicil, an example of which can be downloaded here.
Payroll Giving When you are paid, your payroll department deducts your donation. You decide how much you want to give. With Payroll Giving, your gift is tax-free. If you pledge £5 a month, you only pay £3.90. HMRC pays the rest.
Give shares This is a tax-effective way to give. Please contact STACC for details.
Other means The Small Charitable Donations Act 2012 enables charities to claim Gift Aid in cases where Gift Aid declarations are unobtainable. If your local church were to dedicate a cash collection to STACC on, say, Mothering Sunday, STACC can claim Gift Aid (up to £5000 of donations).

STACC can be contacted at admin@standrewsclinics.org.uk. (There were problems with email at the start of 2017. If you tried to contact STACC then and received no response, please send again.)
