Management
STACC is managed
by directors, who monitor the work, plan how to raise and deploy funds
and investigate proposals for consolidating and expanding activities.
The directors encourage
local "ownership". STACC
relies on local coordinators, who negotiate with government officials,
recruit health workers and administer working routines. The directors do
not receive any form of remuneration.
